Dance with Philippa Kildare Dance artist in Residence Final class this week

DROP-IN DANCE WORKSHOPS Led by Kildare Dance Artist in Residence Philippa Donnellan Open to adults ages 18 - 80+ Thursdays 8, 15, 22, 29 February Time 11am - 12midday Each workshop will begin with an energising physical warm-up to stretch the body and awaken the senses, followed by varied dance sequences and a chance to practise your own moves to some fabulous music! We'll also dance and explore the themes of Philippa’s residency – our connection to the natural world and relationship to the land. No booking required but places are limited, first come first served basis. After each workshop feel free to stay for a cuppa and find out how to take part in Philippa's new dance theatre project Stepping the Land. The project runs from 8 th Feb until 12 May 2024, and will culminate in public performances by participants on a local farm in Kildare.
