This project is with Athy Access and Carlow based artist and illustrator, Ciara Chapman looking at marginalized groups and their Access requirements in society. We are utilising a large billboard space in Athy town for a few month from November 2023 to early 2024. This billboard will draw public attention to how these access requirements are looked over on a regular basis.
Some of the groups involved in the project are Athy Local Service KARE, Irish Wheelchair
Association and The Dara Project.
